Dr O P Goel
Former Head-Bosch India Foundation, CSR & Skill Development
Board Member - Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India
Dr O P Goel, is the Chief Executive Officer of ReachMuchHigher and the former head of Bosch India Foundation, CSR and Skill Development. He earned his PhD in the area of Training & Development. He also did his Executive General Management Program from IIM Bangalore. During his 35 years of career in the corporate sector, he worked in different senior business management roles.
Dr Goel is a well-recognised Skilling Expert in India. The Govt. of India invited him to join the Prime Minister Kaushal Vikas Yojana Steering Committee, where he is the only skilling expert representing the industry. He has also been the Skilling adviser to the National Skill Development Corporation, which works under the aegis of Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Govt of India. Dr Goel is also a visiting Faculty at IIM, Nagpur.
